What is your turnaround time?

Several factors determine that, including our current workload and the size of your sharpening order. We work hard to complete all of our customer’s items promptly—usually 2-3 business days.

How much does it cost to sharpen my item?

You can find sharpening costs on our PRICING page. If we haven’t covered something, feel free to give us a call.

How often should I get my items sharpened?

How often you should sharpen your tools depends on several factors, including how frequently you use them, how well you care for and maintain them, and the quality of their materials. The only correct and honest answer is when they no longer perform as they should.

Do you pick up items to be sharpened?

Yes. We regularly pick up items from professional customers in Kansas City and the surrounding areas for sharpening. If you’re close to us, you’re always welcome to drop your items off with us.

Do you offer a mail-in sharpening service?

Yes, we offer a convenient mail-in sharpening service. Just package your items securely and send them to us. We complete your order promptly and return your items quickly.
